Equipment
Moving away from a large format Neve console to a more hybrid way of working has had it’s pros and cons, but overall, the new way definitely suits me better. Without the constraints of a commercial studio, I have been better able to choose the equipment that I really love rather than having to have certain pieces to satisfy incoming engineers / producers / labels etc. All equipment can be made available on all sessions.
